Job Description:
+ Maintains knowledge and expertise in cardiovascular best practices and industry standards related to cardiovascular medicine, non-invasive cardiology, heart failure, cardiovascular and pulmonary rehab, and preventative medicine.
+ Collaborates closely with leadership and medical directors in all aspects of pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation services, clinics, and non-invasive cardiology.
+ Oversees daily operations of assigned departments, programs, and clinics.
+ Provides supervision and direction to departmental staff.
+ Assists staff in procurement of equipment and supplies, considering budget, current inventory, hospital procedures, and guidelines.
**Shift:** Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, as well as exemplary verbal and written communication skills. [Required]
• Effective decision making, prioritization, and multi-tasking. [Required]
• Able to demonstrate logical thinking and be creative with skills and knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines. [Required]
• Able to assertively investigate complaints and problems by taking appropriate action and follow through. [Required]
• Knowledgeable in interviewing and screening of potential employees. [Required]
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, EMRs) [Required]
• Must maintain BLS. [Required]
Education:
• Associate's [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 3+ cardiovascular experience to include leadership experience [Required]
Additional Information:
• N/A
Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] OR
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) [Required] OR
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required] OR
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) [Required] OR
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required] OR
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$79,402.93 - $147,697.47
