    Job Description:

    + Plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

    + Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.

    + Leads the delivery of program objectives, maintaining program schedule, target dates, and critical path.

    + Develops and manages a program change control process to ensure project teams operate within the scope and change approval process.

    + Directs program staff by providing input and feedback, tracking progress, and reviewing program activities to ensure benefits and deadlines are met.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Has conceptual familiarity with project management tools & methodologies.

    • Demonstrates critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root cause and resolve issues.

    • Experience managing large-scale cross functional projects/programs with project durations of a year or longer.

    • Experience managing programs implementing solutions often requiring vendor and/or contract support, systems integration, platform upgrades, business process updates and multiple business unit requirements.

    • Experience in reporting program and project status to VP level executives.

    $60,151.66 - $111,886.39
