    Job Description:

    + Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills for a diverse population.

    + Educates, validates, and ensures accountability of all Patient experience tactics.

    + Participates and ensures that rounding for outcomes occur daily.

    + Manages and supervises day-to-day operations with the help of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and designated staff.

    + Liaises with all divisions hospital-wide and regionally.

    Education:

    + Bachelor's [Required]

    Field of Study:

    + Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy Required

    Work Experience:

    + 3+ years acute care rt experience [Required]

    Licenses and Certifications:

    + Active and Current NBRC License as a Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist through the National Board of Respiratory Care [Required]

    + Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required]

    + Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

    + Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

    + Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]

    + Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred] • NBRC Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty (RRT-NPS) [Preferred]
