Job Description:
+ Develops and executes web and social media marketing strategies, including website management, content strategy, social media strategy, web advertising, and direct-to-consumer web strategy.
+ Oversees all aspects of facilities’ websites, including physician directory management, content strategy development, and website growth as a wellness resource.
+ Leverages CRM tools for integrating digital properties, direct mail strategy, and data analysis in partnership with CRM agency.
+ Develops and implements marketing automation strategies. Collaborates with the Information Technology team on strategy and implementation of new digital technologies and maintains competitive digital landscape knowledge.
+ Manages digital marketing and CRM budgets, negotiates with vendors, reviews quotes, coordinates approvals, and communicates budget impacts.
+ Works with digital agency to track ROI of marketing initiatives and reviews performance with the marketing team.
+ May include service line marketing responsibilities, including strategy planning, traditional marketing tactics, and internal communications.
+ Positively represents the organization at programs and functions to promote the market.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must have hands-on working knowledge of marketing, branding, advertising, digital platforms, public relations, and communication; self-starter with integrated marketing skill set.
• Knowledge of general website best practices, content strategy, digital advertising, search engine optimization, and measuring ROI.
• Knowledge of how to best leverage social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, as well as emerging platforms.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, excel under tight deadlines and have solid computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Reader/Professional.
• Must have strong organizational skills and solid project management experience with a results-oriented focus. Must understand the creative process, effective project planning, and measuring results from all digital platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated team player, consensus builder, and persuasive presenter who can work well with others using tact and diplomacy to effectively yield results; consistently delivers a high level of customer service to internal customers.
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to be proactive with initiatives.
• Must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times; must be hardworking and ethical.
