    Job Description:

    PRN - variable shifts throughout any hours in the department

    + Transports hazardous waste from the point of generation to a designated secure storage area, completing required training for proper handling and transport.

    + Demonstrates understanding and adherence to the Chemical Hygiene plan and Infection Control policies.

    + Assists with department orientation and trains laboratory staff and students.

    + Mentors new employees and ensures competency documentation is completed.

    + Troubleshoots phlebotomy service concerns and coordinates daily workload assignments.

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational SchoolBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Phlebotomy Technician (PBT(ASCP)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $16.14 - $25.83
