**Express Employment in Platteville, WI** has partnered with a local business in **Darlington, WI** , to search for candidates for **WELDER (TIG)** roles. These are FULL-TIME, long-term temp to hire positions.

Job Title: TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The TIG Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on metal components while following safety and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Perform TIG welding on metal parts according to specifications

+ Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions

+ Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy

+ Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment

+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

+ Keep work area clean and organized

+ Work with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

+ TIG welding experience required

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
