PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Shipping & Receiving Specialist** to support a top manufacturing partner in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you’ll be a critical link in the supply chain—ensuring materials move accurately, efficiently, and on time across domestic and international locations.

Your work directly supports production schedules, customer deliveries, and inventory integrity—making you an essential part of operational success.

What You’ll Do Every Day

You’ll perform a wide range of shipping and receiving responsibilities, including:

+ Prepare, process, and verify **domestic and international shipping and receiving documentation** , including manifests, packing lists, certifications of origin, and import/export documents

+ Coordinate shipments with **package, common, and private carriers** across multiple transportation modes

+ Enter and manage transactions in **ERP systems (SAP)** , carrier systems, and manual logs

+ Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies, ensuring timely issue resolution

+ Work closely with **Customer Service, Project Managers, Finance, and other departments** to meet delivery commitments

+ Expedite critical and time-sensitive orders

+ Support returned goods processes, including receipt, communication, and approval workflows

+ Maintain accurate **inventory records, reports, and shipping metrics**

+ Ensure **data and inventory integrity** within the shipping department

+ Assist team members as needed and support coverage during absences

What You Must Have

+ High School Diploma

+ **2+ years of experience** in shipping and receiving

+ Experience with **both domestic and international shipments**

+ **SAP experience**

+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (2+ years)

+ **Customer service experience** (2+ years)

+ Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation accuracy

+ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

+ Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as operational needs require

What We’re Looking For (Preferred)

+ Experience as a **Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk or Specialist**

+ Logistics or supply chain experience

+ Ability to collaborate across departments, vendors, and customers professionally

+ Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive mindset

Working Conditions

+ Work performed in office and shipping/receiving production areas

+ Exposure to seasonal temperatures

+ Physical activity includes sitting, standing, and lifting small packages

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
