We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Learning & Development Program Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the execution and coordination of regional development programs and learning initiatives. Your role involves collaborating closely with the HR teams and other cross-functional teams to bring an exciting learning enviroment to ARCO.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
+ Support delivery of current programs tailored to specific associate groups (by tenure, role, etc.) and identify areas for enhancement or new content development
+ Provide coaching and ongoing support to presenters and trainers to improve delivery, engagement, and content effectiveness
+ Support the execution of learning programs and training events, defining scope and objectives, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility
+ Support content development, content design, and facilitate course offerings when needed
+ Monitor and track training outcomes and learner progress
+ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed
+ Update, manage and report in LMS as needed.
+ 15-25% of travel required
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
+ BA/ BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior or related field.
+ 1-3 years managing organizational projects and programs
+ 2-4 years in Learning & Development, organization development or other related field
+ Ability to be flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented in the face of problems
+ Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow through; Strong sense of urgency to drive results.
+ Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and push back on stakeholders when necessary
+ Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred
+ Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
