Shipping & Receiving Associate

Ricart Automotive Group, a family-owned business since 1953, is looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

+ Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments

+ Verify quantities and report damages or discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts

+ Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments

+ Coordinate with carriers and deliver parts to the service department

+ Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation

+ Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Shipping/receiving or inventory experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

+ Basic computer and math skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
