    **Minimum Salary:** $16.56/hr

    Summary:

    Provides direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.

     

    **Required Certification:** Basic Life Support from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** You may qualify for the position through one of the following ways:

    • 6 months acute care experience as a patient caregiver

    • 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience as a patient caregiver

    • Completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an RN or LPN program

    • Completion of a Baycare approved Nurse Assistant/PCT program--that includes a program with a minimum of 40 hours hands-on patient care experience outside of a lab setting

     

    Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; may also qualify with a Certificate of Completion

    Shift Hours:** **6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

     

    Shift:** **Shift 1

     

    Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

     

    Weekend Work:** **Every Other

    On Call:** **No
