    Position Summary:

    The Global Visual Merchandising team is responsible for defining and implementing a world-class in-store brand

     

    experience across Retail and Wholesale. As a central function, the team develops strategies, guidelines, and

     

    training that aligns with Global Creative Direction while ensuring commercial success across diverse markets.

     

    This team collaborates cross-functionally with key partners, including Global Store Design, Windows & Showroom

     

    Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, and Regional VM teams, to create cohesive and consumer-centric

     

    in-store presentations.

     

    The Senior Manager, VM Outlets is responsible for leading and executing the global Visual Merchandising

     

    strategy across all outlet stores. This role ensures a strong brand presence while balancing the unique

     

    commercial and operational needs of outlet environments. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-

     

    functional teams, including Store Design, Merchandising, Design, and Marketing, to define best practices and

     

    drive a consistent, premium visual experience across outlet locations worldwide.

     

    This role requires a deep understanding of outlet retail dynamics, including how to optimize product presentation

     

    to drive sales, adapt to varying store formats, and manage challenges. The Senior Manager will partner with

     

    regional VM teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring that global standards are met while allowing for local

     

    adaptations when necessary.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a global VM strategy for outlet stores, ensuring alignment with the brand’s

     

    positioning while adapting to the unique dynamics of outlet retail.

     

    • Define seasonal product presentation and storytelling strategies that enhance sales performance while

     

    maintaining a premium brand image.

     

    • Work closely with regional VM teams to ensure clear execution of VM guidelines, providing training and

     

    ongoing support as needed.

     

    • Partner with Merchandising to ensure that inventory fluctuations are managed effectively in the outlet

     

    environment through adaptable VM solutions.

     

    • Oversee floor layout planning, zoning strategies, and fixture placement to optimize consumer engagement

     

    and traffic flow.

     

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Windows and Store Design to support in the development of impactful window

     

    displays and in-store activations that elevate the outlet shopping experience.

     

    • Establish best practices for discount messaging and signage to balance commercial messaging with brand

     

    aesthetics.

     

    • Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess execution, provide feedback, and identify areas for

     

    improvement.

     

    • Ensure that all fixture investments and VM tools are scalable and cost-effective for outlet locations.

    • Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with a strong understanding of outlet retail environments.

    Experience:

    • Experience leading global VM strategies and support regional teams.

    • Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial strategy.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences

    (BA/BS)

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and VM effectiveness.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is a plus.

    Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300

     

    PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.     Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
