The Enterprise Security Architect serves as a strategic technical leader within the Enterprise Architecture organization, partnering closely with SAP, Information Security, and Infrastructure teams. This role is responsible for shaping and governing the enterprise-wide security and access architecture—with a primary focus on SAP environments—ensuring that security controls, access models, and regulatory frameworks align seamlessly with core business processes. The architect delivers scalable, compliant, and business-aligned security solutions that support enterprise digital transformation and SAP modernization initiatives.

Pay Range: $85/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities (5 Highlighted)

+ **Design and govern end‑to‑end enterprise security and access architectures** with a strong emphasis on SAP platforms and integrated ERP ecosystems.

+ **Lead SAP security strategy** , including role-based access design, user provisioning, SoD controls, privileged access management, and alignment to business process architecture.

+ **Integrate SAP security with enterprise IAM platforms** (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint), establishing seamless user lifecycle management tied to business operations.

+ **Oversee SAP GRC deployment and management** , ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks while aligning controls to business process risks.

+ **Collaborate with audit, security, and SAP teams** to review new initiatives, mitigate risks, support transformation projects, and maintain secure, compliant environments.

What’s Needed?

+ **Extensive experience in enterprise security architecture with deep expertise in SAP security** , including ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP GRC, and integration with IAM tools such as Saviynt or SailPoint.

+ **Strong knowledge of IAM and access control best practices** (RBAC, ABAC, privileged access), regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001), and the critical relationship between business process architecture and security design.
