You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Conduct screening procedures for individuals entering the location, following site-specific guidelines and protocols.

+ Provide customer service by addressing questions and assisting visitors and staff in a professional manner.

+ Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order at the location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.

+ Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities as required by site policy and Allied Universal protocols.

+ Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as directed during incidents or emergencies.

+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

+ Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
