Administrative Assistant – Fleet & Logistics (Addison, TX | Corporate Office)
**Pay Range:** $21–$25/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a background in fleet and logistics to support our corporate operations in Addison. This role will provide administrative and data support for fleet asset management and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update fleet asset records, GPS data, and vehicle documentation
+ Support fleet tracking using GPS/GeoTab systems and assist with reporting
+ Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets for asset tracking, maintenance schedules, and cost analysis
+ Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on vehicle assignments, repairs, and logistics needs
+ Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in fleet, logistics, or operations
+ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
+ Experience with GPS tracking systems, especially GeoTab
+ Familiarity with fleet asset management and documentation
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
