    Pay Rate $51.00 - $68.64

    Responsibilities

    Duties

    + Evaluates all assigned patients, develops, and implements treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction

    + Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services

    + Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities

    + Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self

    + Participates in discharge planning including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment

    + Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.

    + Minimum 2 years acute care or Inpatient Rehabilitation experience required.

    + Certified BLS from the American Heart Association is required.
