Job Title: Passenger Service Agent
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Passenger Service Agents to provide exceptional customer service at Dulles Airport. This is a part-time afternoon shift position where you will serve as a passenger greeter and ticket counter agent.
Responsibilities
+ Greet passengers and provide assistance with ticketing and check-in processes.
+ Ensure smooth and efficient customer service at the airport.
+ Assist with passenger inquiries and provide accurate information regarding travel requirements.
+ Handle luggage with care, being prepared to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Maintain punctuality by arriving 15 minutes early to the designated position before shift start.
Essential Skills
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Proficiency in computer and typing tasks.
+ Eligibility for an airport SIDA badge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous airport experience is an advantage.
+ International travel experience is a plus.
+ Comfortable working with a diverse population.

Work Environment
Work at the check-out counter at Dulles Airport. The dress code includes a black suit jacket and slacks, a white button-up shirt, and navy matte leather shoes. Initial uniform supply is required until tailored Air France/KLM uniforms are provided. Parking is off-site, requiring arrival at the parking lot 45 minutes before the shift, allowing 30 minutes for the shuttle to the terminal.

This is a Contract position based out of Chantilly, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
