Job Title: Line Leader - Pelletizing/Grinding 3rd Shift - 21.75/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Leader to oversee operations on a pelletizing or grinding line. This role involves using forklifts to move materials, overseeing line operations, aiding in building boxes for materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the facility. Responsibilities

+ Lead operations on a pelletizing or grinding line.

+ Utilize forklifts to transport materials within the facility.

+ Oversee line operations of pelletizers and grinders.

+ Assist in constructing boxes for material storage.

+ Load materials onto conveyor belts.

+ Adhere to safety protocols across the entire facility.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.

+ Experience in machine operation.

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.

+ Experience with forklifts, production, material handling, inventory counting, shipping, receiving, palletizing, loading, and unloading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Leadership mentality and willingness to address issues in group settings.

+ Previous forklift experience is a plus.

+ Steel-toe boots, bump caps, and ear protection are required.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility with an attached warehouse area, housing 40-50 employees. This is a grinding and pelletizing facility dealing with industrial and unused plastics. The opening is for the 3rd shift (11 pm-7:30 am), Monday through Friday, with initial training provided during the 1st shift for two weeks. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes over the ankle, bump caps, eye protection, ear protection, jeans or long pants, and a T-shirt.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pandora, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.75/hr.
