    Job Description

    This entry-level position offers an opportunity to join the manufacturing sector, assisting with both production and shipping department duties. Candidates will learn to operate machinery, including forklifts or bobcats, and will engage in general facility maintenance such as painting. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting for 12-hour shifts. Previous experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial, although we provide training for all positions.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with production and shipping department tasks.

    + Operate forklifts or bobcats as required after receiving training.

    + Engage in general painting throughout the facility.

    + Learn and operate machinery to support the production process.

    + Adhere to a 12-hour rotating schedule, including first and third shifts.

    + Work overtime as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Willingness to train on multiple parts of machinery.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanically inclined.

    + Good communication skills.

    + Time-oriented.

    + Organizational skills.

    + Experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, general production, or unloading is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The position requires working a 12-hour rotating schedule with shifts from 7am to 7pm for 7 days, followed by 4 days off, then switching to 7pm to 7am for another 7 days. Candidates must be open to working both first and third shifts and available for overtime. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting, in a manufacturing setting.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.69 - $20.69/hr.
