Job Title: Quality Production Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking Quality Production Workers to join the inspection line within our packaging facility. This team plays a critical role in ensuring all glass bottles meet quality and safety standards before being sent to customers. The ideal candidate has experience in quality control or inspection, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify defects in glass products. Experience is highly preferred, but ongoing training will be provided.

Responsibilities

+ Inspect glass bottles on the production line for defects, abnormalities, and inconsistencies.

+ Identify issues such as cracks, chips, bubbles, deformities, or cosmetic flaws.

+ Follow established quality standards and inspection criteria.

+ Work closely with the Quality Trainer to learn inspection techniques and maintain ongoing skill development.

+ Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and help ensure defective product is removed from production.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Support production flow by keeping pace with inspection line requirements.

+ Document findings as needed and follow proper reporting procedures.

+ Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in quality control, inspection, or production.

+ Ability to visually identify defects with accuracy and consistency.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; Spanish-only candidates are acceptable.

+ Experience in inspection is a strong plus.

Work Environment

Shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment, where the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks is required. The facility emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

This is a Contract position based out of Fairfield, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
