About the Opportunity

We are hiring for **three essential roles** to support our busy SFO Airport food & beverage operations: **Utility Worker (Cook Support), Server, and Bar Back** . If you thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and enjoy creating a positive dining experience for travelers from around the world, we want to meet you.

Available Roles

1️⃣ Utility Worker (Cook Support)

You will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen and maintaining smooth service flow. This position focuses on keeping buffet areas stocked, clean, and visually appealing while helping the kitchen team stay organized.

Key Responsibilities

+ Set up buffet stations, food areas, serving equipment

+ Maintain stocked, organized, and attractive buffet lines

+ Keep dining/service areas clean (surfaces, trash, sweeping/mopping)

+ Transport dishes, supplies, and kitchen equipment

+ Break down and clean buffet areas after service

+ Support general utility tasks and light maintenance

Ideal Skills

+ Foodservice or food prep experience

+ Ability to perform dishwashing and cleanup tasks

+ Basic English proficiency

2️⃣ Server

As a Server, you will deliver outstanding hospitality by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

+ Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service

+ Take and deliver food/beverage orders accurately

+ Use POS system and handle payments

+ Maintain clean tables and server stations

+ Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service

+ Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Ideal Skills

+ Prior serving experience

+ Strong communication and multitasking skills

+ Basic cash-handling/POS knowledge

3️⃣ Bar Back

The Bar Back supports bartenders and keeps the bar area stocked, clean, and running efficiently during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and bar supplies

+ Maintain cleanliness of the bar area

+ Assist with prepping garnishes and organizing ingredients

+ Clean and restock bar tools and glassware

+ Support bartenders during peak service

Ideal Skills

+ Experience in hospitality or bar environments

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Ability to lift and move supplies (up to 40 lbs)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.96 - $23.96/hr.
