Description

We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to clients within the chemicals manufacturing industry. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a rapidly evolving call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle comprehensive client transactions while adhering to company policies and standards.

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Manage daily cash-handling tasks and other financial transaction processes.

• Resolve complex customer inquiries through detailed research and effective communication.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address their needs and build strong relationships.

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools to organize data and streamline workflows.

• Navigate multiple systems and applications effectively to access necessary information.

• Identify and solve customer concerns with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.

• Proficiency in cloud technologies, CRM systems, and database management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proven ability to handle complex transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Familiarity with export and import customer service processes is preferred.
