Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Program and Project Manager to join a Product Marketing Operations team for our client. In this role, you will support business growth by creating and scaling efficient processes across Ads Product Marketing and related teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage multiple initiatives aimed at enabling the Ads Product Marketing team to work efficiently.
+ Lead both go-to-market and voice-of-customer projects, translating customer insights into actionable roadmap priorities and scaling solutions for market success.
+ Champion best practices within Ads Product Marketing and drive operational efficiency across teams.
+ Develop and deliver training materials to geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and streamlined operations.
+ Pilot and scale new programs that utilize systems to accelerate team productivity.
+ Identify, analyze, and document existing workflows; propose and implement process improvements based on identified gaps and opportunities.
+ Lead and juggle multiple projects with aggressive timelines, demonstrating agility in responding to new initiatives.
+ Develop and enhance reporting frameworks to track progress and improve operational transparency.
+ Establish and coordinate feedback mechanisms—both internal and external—to ensure advertiser needs are captured and prioritized.
+ Partner with Ads Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure the customer perspective is represented during annual planning and product development cycles.
Requirements
+ 7+ years of relevant experience in operations or project management, including process implementation and continuous improvement.
+ Deep understanding of adtech, digital advertising, or related industries is strongly preferred.
+ Extensive experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, or similar platforms).
+ Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent presentation skills, capable of hosting trainings to support process change management.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and scale efficient processes.
+ Effective collaborator with outstanding communication skills, able to work seamlessly across technical and non-technical groups.
+ Capable of operating autonomously in time-sensitive, ambiguous situations.
+ Salesforce experience is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
