Description We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position involves managing complex procurement processes, primarily in engineering, construction, and concession projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting while ensuring adherence to ethical purchasing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.

• Develop detailed specifications and requirements to support procurement activities.

• Manage formal solicitation processes, including Requests for Quotes (RFQs), to secure competitive pricing and high-quality goods or services.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

• Analyze pricing and value propositions to determine the most beneficial options for the organization.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

• Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and resolving any issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and align procurement efforts accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities.

• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in all procurement operations. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate procurement and purchasing functions.

• Strong knowledge of purchase order processes and vendor negotiations.

• Familiarity with formal solicitation procedures, including RFQs.

• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and supplier evaluations.

• Expertise in contract negotiation and management.

• Excellent analytical skills for price and value analysis.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Commitment to ethical practices and attention to detail in procurement.
