Office Manager – CPA Firm (New Britain Area)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to join a close-knit CPA firm in the New Britain area. This opportunity is available due to a retirement, and with tax season quickly approaching, interviews will be conducted immediately.

Primary Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily administration and office operations
+ Support partners and staff, including scheduling and documentation
+ Assist with billing, timekeeping, and basic bookkeeping as needed
+ Coordinate and process tax returns
+ Act as a client-facing representative of the firm, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
Requirements:
+ Previous administrative experience (office manager, support lead, or similar) in a professional, fast-paced setting
+ Comfortable interacting with clients
+ Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
+ Accounting or tax firm background a plus

Requirements • Proven experience in office administration or management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Competence in using standard office software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
