    What You’ll Do

     

    You’ll be the friendly, helpful voice customers interact with every day—guiding them, answering questions, and connecting them with the right solutions.

    Your responsibilities include:

    + Handling inbound calls to support customers with questions, appointment scheduling, and service updates.

    + Making outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather key details.

    + Sharing scripted product knowledge across various home improvement categories (training provided!).

    + Entering customer information accurately into our CRM system.

    + Spotting opportunities to connect customers with our sales team.

    + Maintaining professionalism, positivity, and energy in a fast-paced environment.

    This role is 100% onsite, giving you hands-on support, real-time coaching, and the chance to learn from talented sales leaders.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Heights, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
