Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
This role involves managing and processing financial information, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate reporting related to procurement and travel cards. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with various levels of employees.
Responsibilities
+ Add daily numbers and new cardholders to summaries.
+ Answer emails regarding aged and aging expenses.
+ Respond to questions about procurement and travel cards.
+ Reconcile accounts accurately.
+ Add files to bank summaries.
+ Create reports for receipts, expense types, and itemizations.
+ Process refunds efficiently.
+ Monitor activations and provide activation tips.
+ Assist with leave of absences.
+ Communicate via email and MS Teams with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in written and verbal communication.
+ Strong initiative and prioritization skills.
+ High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
+ Experience in customer service roles.
+ Capable of using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup.
+ Good business etiquette and the ability to construct clear, informative emails.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
+ Experience with SAP Concur is desirable.
+ Previous experience in credit card administration.
+ Experience in expense book reconciliation.
Work Environment
The role involves working with the credit card company's software and requires proficiency in MS Excel. The work environment emphasizes professionalism in communication, as the position requires interaction with employees at all levels. The candidate must be adept at email communication, including attaching screenshots for clarification.

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
