    Job Title: AP AnalystJob Description

     

    This AP Analyst role involves supporting the Corporate Accounts Payable (AP) group by handling day-to-day functions such as invoice processing, three-way matching, supplier invoice analysis, exception research, and remediation.

    Responsibilities

    + Process accounts payable within Oracle Cloud.

    + Perform three-way match for invoices.

    + Analyze supplier invoices.

    + Conduct AP exception research and remediation.

    + Identify accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoices.

    + Initiate supplier payments.

    + Manage multiple processes concurrently, including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvals.

    + Create pivot tables and vlookups within Microsoft Excel.

    Essential Skills

    + Four+ years of experience processing AP invoices within organizations exceeding $300 million in revenue.

    + Four+ years of experience with three-way match in large organizations.

    + Experience managing multiple AP processes, including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvals for over four years.

    + Four+ years of experience with supplier invoice analysis, AP exception research, remediation, and initiating supplier payments.

    + Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, Peoplesoft, or Great Plains for four+ years.

    + Proficiency in creating pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulas.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate's degree.

    + Experience in purchasing, supplier and vendor master creation, matching tax IDs and 1099s.

    + Prior experience in a temporary role since 2017.

    Work Environment

    This role requires reporting to the AP Manager within a team of 8+. It follows a hybrid schedule with mandatory onsite presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. The facility includes a state-of-the-art gym and cafeteria. Holiday pay is provided for six major holidays, and there is an accrual of 16 hours of PTO for every 400 hours worked. There is potential for extension beyond six months based on performance.

    This is a Contract position based out of Malvern, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
