Job Description
We are looking for a **Technical Specialist** to provide expert-level knowledge and services in networking and fiber optic communications systems. This position will be **full-time contract** and **onsite.**
What You’ll Do
+ Diagnosing and repairing systems and their components
+ Utilizing systems engineering best practices and methods
+ Performing data gathering, analysis, and writing detailed reports
+ Analyzing problems, developing solutions, and executing resolutions
+ Driving to various locations to perform required services
What You'll Need
Required:
+ Strong leadership and communication skills with experience guiding technical teams
+ Advanced technical proficiency in low-voltage systems, CCTV/NVR, cabling infrastructure
+ Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
+ Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
+ Proficient with diagnostic equipment and maintenance management systems
+ Required Certifications (or completed within 1 year): Valid Class E Driver's License, OSHA 10, and Aerial Lift Certification
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
+ Driving to various locations may be required

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
