Web Experience Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an early-career Web Experience Specialist to join the team responsible for renesas.com. In this role, you will drive improvements to the online experience for millions of engineers and technical customers worldwide. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, content, and product marketing teams to deliver exceptional web experiences for our engineering audience.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Strategy
+ Contribute ideas for website improvements informed by user research, customer feedback, and web analytics
+ Support the definition, scoping, and prioritization of web features and enhancements
+ Assist with user research and usability testing activities to identify insights and opportunities
+ Analyze web analytics and dashboards to surface trends and optimization opportunities
+ Build familiarity with customer needs, internal stakeholders, and competitive web experiences
Execution
+ Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and customer feedback
+ Manage web features through the product lifecycle, from concept to launch
+ Partner with UX design, content, and development teams to translate ideas into clear, actionable tickets
+ Write detailed functional and technical requirements for website features
+ Collaborate with web development teams to refine requirements, conduct testing, and validate releases
+ Advocate for user needs throughout the design and development process
Qualifications
+ Degree (or upcoming graduation) in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, information systems, UX, or a related discipline
+ Familiarity with web technologies, analytics tools, and/or content management systems through coursework, projects, or internships
+ Interest in user-centered design, digital experiences, and data-informed decision making
+ Experience in any of the following areas: web development, UX design, analytics, user research
+ Proven ability to work effectively within complex technical domains
+ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive progress
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ A background in electrical engineering and/or experience working with semiconductors is highly desirable

Renesas Electronics deals with dual-use technology that is subject to U.S. export controls regulations.
