As a **Salesforce FSC Solution Architect** , you will make an impact by driving capability mapping and value realization across agency management, engagement, servicing, producer management, and territory performance. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with business owners, technical architects, and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
+ Own capability mapping and value realization across agency management, engagement, servicing, producer management, and territory performance.
+ Lead discovery and define epics, features, and user stories; groom and prioritize product backlogs with business owners.
+ Drive FSC fitment decisions—favor standard objects and Account/Contact relations; minimize custom objects for upgradeability.
+ Define business processes leveraging OmniStudio and Flows for orchestration, approvals, and automation; document current vs. future state.
+ Partner with Technical Architect on data model, security, and integration choices; ensure compliance and auditability.
+ Establish KPIs and reporting (e.g., territory performance dashboards, case SLAs, agency growth metrics).
+ Facilitate change management and business enablement; lead demos, training, and adoption activities.

What you need to have to be considered
+ 12+ years in CRM/financial services transformation; 6+ years with Salesforce (preferably FSC).
+ Deep knowledge of FSC capabilities (accounts/households, financial accounts, entitlements, territories) and industry processes.
+ Strong experience with OmniStudio, Flows, and declarative automation at scale.
+ Certifications: Salesforce Strategy Designer, Business Analyst, OmniStudio Consultant; FSC Accredited Professional (preferred).
+ Excellent stakeholder facilitation, product management, and KPI design skills.
These will help you stand out
+ Experience in driving adoption and NPS of new FSC capabilities.
+ Proven track record in business outcome realization (e.g., reduced servicing SLA breaches, increased territory performance).
+ Expertise in backlog health and on-time delivery of epics/features.
+ Familiarity with audit/compliance findings and process conformance.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $116,000 - $183,000p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
