Cognizant is looking to hire a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee digital commerce delivery management ensuring successful project execution within a hybrid work model. With a focus on day shifts the candidate will drive strategic initiatives optimize processes and collaborate across teams to enhance digital commerce solutions. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience emphasizing delivery management without travel obligations.

Experience: 15+ years

Primary Location: Dallas, TX / Remote Candidates located in the U.S will be considered.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

• Implement best practices in delivery management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in digital commerce delivery.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery management framework.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and execution.

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications
