    We have an outstanding career opportunity for anNDT Radiography Technicianto join a leading Company located in theLos Alamitos, CA surrounding area.

     

    Salary: 1st shift - $ 47,840 - $52,000

     

    2nd shift - $61,880 - $66,040

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Perform Radiographic Weld inspection.

    + Processes hardware in accordance with internal, customer and/or industry requirements.

    + Evaluates and interprets the quality of applicable fusion weld, machined and forged products to meet company and customer specifications.

    + Supports other NDT personnel; provides guidance to and mentors trainees; and Level I and II Technicians.

    + Performs proper warm-up and system performance checks of NDT equipment.

    + Maintains daily and monthly logs and applicable records to ensure the traceability of components.

    + Performs interpretations and evaluations of NDT results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

    + Responsible for writing work instructions and other documentation.

    + May perform and/or participate in NDT system, customer, internal and NADCAP audits.

    + Provides on-the-job training and guidance to NDT trainees and NDT Level I and II personnel.

    + May perform level I duties in addition to level II duties.

    + Shall comply with other duties as assigned.

    + Overtime may be required.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + High School diploma or equivalent, plus successful completion of ASNT Level I, II courses.

    + Requires documentation demonstrating completion of at least the minimum hours of formal training and experience for each NDT method requiring certification.

    + These hours are required to meet the minimum requirements of SNT-TC-1A and NAS 410 rev.
