    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in the Houston, TX area. This person will be joining a small IT team to provide IT support for internal employees. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of IT support experience, with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and basic SharePoint Online administration. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. This position requires onsite Mon-Friday!

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3 years of IT support or helpdesk type role

     

    - Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications

     

    - Experienced handling in-person IT issues

     

    - Excellent communicator and personality

     

    - Problem solver and know how to prioritize urgent matters - Experience w/ SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online

     

    - Experienced in a fast pace environment
