    Position Summary

    The Environmental Supervisor will help facilitate all aspects of the abatement process; will engage in practices to maintain and adhere with compliance, regulatory and safety requirements. In this position you will lead asbestos abatement for residential projects.

     

    *Previous experience as an Environmental Lead/Supervisor is a plus

    Job Duties and Skill Requirements

    + Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.

    + Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

    + Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.

    + Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

    + Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.

    + Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.

    + Performs water damage repair to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction and demolition as directed by management.

    + Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures.

    + 3 or more years as an experienced Restoration Technician.

    + Willingness to work in fire, smoke and/or water damage (safety is important, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company when required).

    + The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

    + A professional appearance and great attitude.

    + A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    + Must be reliable/punctual.

     

    Compensation

     

    Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

     

    + Base Pay Maximum: $38 per hour

    + Base Pay Minimum: $32 per hour
