Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Specialist (2nd Shift)

Job Description:

Summary:

+ **Prefilled Syringe (PFS) Manufacturing:** Responsible for fill and finish of prefilled syringe products, including hyaluronic acid (HA) based medical devices and pharmaceutical products.

+ **Additional Responsibilities:** Cleaning and sanitization of process equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform aseptic manufacturing and filling tasks.

+ Maintain batch record documentation and logs.

+ Clean and sanitize production equipment and spaces.

+ Prepare equipment and filters for production.

+ Assist in process and system validation activities.

+ Perform product sampling and environmental monitoring.

+ Operate automated syringe fillers and troubleshoot equipment issues.

+ Transfer heavy vessels and autoclave racks.

+ Perform routine cleaning of manufacturing rooms.

+ Witness routine operational tasks for batch record signing.

+ Maintain documentation for operations performed.

Physical Demands:

+ Standing for several hours.

+ Bending, squatting, and reaching.

+ Lifting, pushing, or pulling various weights.

Work Schedule:

+ Flexible work schedule required.

+ 50+ hour workweeks, including 2nd shift, split shift hours, extended day hours, and weekends.

Job Requirements:

+ Ability to offload product onto pallets and move transfer carts.

+ 1 year of related experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

+ Experience in a GMP regulated environment.

**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $33.79 per hour
