    **Job Summary** :

     

    Shambaugh is looking for a Warehouse Lead, responsible for coordinating construction materials, equipment, and warehouse personnel.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Order, stage, and coordinate material, tool, and equipment requests from sales / office personnel and field personnel.

    + Coordinate & assist with loading and deliveries to project sites

    + Schedule, deploy, and follow up on material orders, directing driving and handling personnel.

    + Maintain inventory of the shop, tracking and initiating the need for repair on vehicles, tools, and equipment as needed.

    + Maintain the reports and documentation needed for an organized shop (SDS, Safety Book, FE, FWOs, FED papers)

    + Professionally communicate and meet with field staff, office staff, and vendors regularly.

    + Other duties assigned

    Qualifications

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Accountable Work Ethic.

    + Experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/PDF.

    + Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.

    + Drivers License with good driving record.

    + Regional travel required. Vehicle will be provided.

    + Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
