• Accounting Manager/Supervisor

    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to help lead and oversee financial operations in our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a background in accounting processes, financial reporting, and team leadership. Located south of Rock Hill, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions.

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

    • Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

    • Implement and maintain accounting systems, including ERP platforms like NetSuite, to streamline financial processes.

    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to key stakeholders.

    • Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve financial accuracy.

    • Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage budgets effectively.

    • Monitor and optimize cash flow to support organizational objectives.

    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance and best practices.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.

    • Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms.

    • Strong knowledge of core accounting functions, including AP, AR, and billing processes.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
