We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual with an optimistic mindset to join our team and provide support services to help individuals with behavioral health and co-occurring issues transition and integrate into the community.     DESCRIPTION OF WORK

    In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals in their journey towards mental health recovery. You will work with clients to develop and implement personalized service plans to address their specific needs and goals. Additionally, you will provide transportation for clients as needed, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and appointments. Your role will also involve assisting clients in managing daily stressors and building essential life skills to successfully integrate into the community and lead fulfilling lives. Your commitment to the well-being and success of each individual is crucial in creating a supportive and empowering environment for their growth and development.

    Work Schedule and Additional Information:

    + Full-time employment

    + Work hours vary, Sunday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch

    + This is a position at a 24 hour, 7 days a week residential facility.

    + Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

    + Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

    + Six months of experience as a Residential Program Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or

    + One year of experience in a Human Services Agency working with the mentally disabled, the elderly, or children and youth;or

    + Two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the Human Services field;or

    + Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
