The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in successfully understanding and translating requirements into user stories for the development team, and becoming the team SME on business requirements. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing user stories, and testing our applications to meet client needs. Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail are paramount to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients
Basic Requirements
+ Minimum 6 years of experience working as an analyst
+ 1+ years of experience independently eliciting requirements from stakeholders
+ 1+ years of experience translating requirements into specific, scoped user stories
+ 1+ years of experience working with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements
+ 1+ years of experience creating documentation, including process mapping, role matrix, etc.
+ 1+ years of experience manually testing user stories
+ 1+ years of experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and other ad hoc meetings as needed
+ 1+ years of experience or willingness to quickly learn Gherkin syntax for user story acceptance criteria
+ Active government clearance
+ Experience working in an agile environment
+ US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
+ Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
+ MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

**Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$81,094.00 - $137,860.00
