Job Title: Training and Development Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for entering and analyzing data related to training and development within the company. This role involves working with our comprehensive learning platform, analyzing data on usage, class attendance, and performance rates. You will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and collaborate closely with the HR team to enhance the effectiveness of our training and development programs.

Responsibilities

+ Enter and analyze data related to training and development activities.

+ Utilize Google Sheets, including pivot tables and Vlookups, to manage and interpret data.

+ Collaborate with the HR team to assess and improve training program effectiveness.

+ Report findings and insights to the Senior HR Manager.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in data entry and analysis, specifically using Google Sheets or Excel.

+ Experience with training development and human resources.

+ Strong skills in using Excel functions such as Vlookups and pivot tables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, administrative roles, Excel, or HR.

+ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Training and Development, or Computer Systems.

+ Strong adaptability and willingness to learn.

+ Preference for individuals with entry-level HR experience and a moldable mindset.

Work Environment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The team works remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The HR team consists of 10 people, and the work environment is collaborative with pit-style desks. The company culture is supportive, fostering learning and growth opportunities. There is potential for the role to become permanent based on performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
