    **Location:** Spokane Valley, WA

    **Rate:** $19.00/Hour

    **Shift:** Day Shift 8am - 4pm - hours subject to change!

The **SOC Operator** position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

    Position Requirements:

    + 18 years of age or older

    + High School Diploma or GED Required

    + Strong computer / technology skills needed

    + Ability to multitask, watching ca. 500 cameras and responding to incidents

    + Policy driven and critical thinking

    + Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

    + Customer service background

    + Valid Driver's License required
