    Summary You will serve as a Security Specialist in the CORPORATE BUSINESS & ANALYSIS GROUP, SECURITY DEPT, ADVANCED SECURITY DIV, ADVANCED PROGRAMS (CLK) BR of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will coordinate with both DON SAPCO and USMC SAPCO for onsite security requirements for onsite test and training planning and training execution. You will ensure all personnel security, information security, physical security, and network security requirements are accomplished without a negative effect to the test schedule or approved security plans. You will submit facility concept requests to the DON SAPCO for new DoN secure facilities and ensure standard operating procedures are developed and adhered to by onsite or guest personnel. You will write standard operating procedures for all users of DoN enterprise secure networks. You will serve as a Security Personnel Security Officer (SPO) for all Program Access Requests (PARs) for DoN individuals (both for DoN permanent parties and USAF personnel for Navy programs). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications (DA-05): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Applying knowledge and advising on DoD Information Security, procedures, policy guidelines and regulations for security management of programs, personnel and resources; 2) Advising on security concepts, principles and practices to review, analyze and resolve difficult and complex security problems; 3) Applying knowledge of DOD Information and Personal Security Program Regulations and Physical Security Manuals; 4) Initiating and administering sensitive projects, testing, and security operations; 5) Working with and advising on Automated Information Systems (AIS) security equipment, programs, alarm systems, entry control systems and intrusion detection systems. (DA-04): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/10) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Applying knowledge of DoD Information Security, procedures, policy guidelines and regulations for security management of programs, personnel and resources; 2) Applying security concepts, principles and practices to review, analyze and resolve difficult and complex security problems; 3) Applying knowledge of DOD Information and Personal Security Program Regulations and Physical Security Manuals; 4) Initiating and administering sensitive projects, testing, and security operations; 5) Working with Automated Information Systems (AIS) security equipment, programs, alarm systems, entry control systems and intrusion detection systems.
