    CDL Driver – Residential Route

    **Location:** Monroe, LA

    **Pay:** $21/hour starting + steady overtime + benefits

    We’re hiring a **CDL Driver** to run residential garbage routes right here in **Monroe.** You’ll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first.

     

    This isn’t just a driving job. It’s a chance to **be a part of the community you live in** —to show up every day, work with pride, and make a difference people see and appreciate.

    Schedule:

    + Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

    + Start early at **4:30 a.m.** , done when the route is done

    + Around **45–50 hours a week**

    + **10–12 hour days** — and plenty of overtime available year-round

    Pay & Benefits:

    + **$21/hour starting pay**

    What You’ll Need:

    + A valid **Class A or B CDL**

    + At least **1 year of experience driving with your CDL**

    + A focus on **safety, reliability** , and **good customer service**
