    The role:

    + We’re seeking a highly-motivated Marketing Manager to join our Go-to-Market and Growth Marketing team, which is responsible for the GTM strategy and the development, execution and measurement of our full-funnel of consumer marketing campaigns.

    + In this role, you’ll support the design and management of our consumer marketing program across paid and owned media channels, focusing primarily on product marketing and acquisition campaigns. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our editorial, product, creative, lifecycle and paid media teams to launch outstanding campaigns which hit our objectives.

    + You'll make sure we get our campaigns done, and done right.

    We’ll trust you to:

    + Manage delivery of product marketing campaigns from end-to-end: across a wide range of products & business objectives - from our biggest launch moments to tactical promotions

    + Coordinate with the newsroom, our digital product team, and other partners across the business to make sure we’re bringing the best of our product to the right audiences

    + Provide thoughtful recommendations to improve integrated campaign performance using data and feedback

    + Work closely with in-house and agency creative teams to ensure on-brief, on-schedule delivery of campaign assets

    + Collaborate with marketing channel owners and our customer insights team to make sure that our campaigns are as effective as possible in channels, and are delivered efficiently

    + Manage the product marketing testing roadmap

    + Build close relationships with key stakeholders across Bloomberg, especially with product and the newsroom to make sure we’re bringing the best of our product to audiences

    + Advocate for creative excellence and brand consistency across all campaign

    + Use data and feedback to provide recommendations to improve campaign performance

    You’ll need to have:

    + 5+ years experience in marketing, either in-house or in an agency - media industry or digital subscription experience a bonus, but not required

    + Experience managing marketing campaigns for different objectives from upper to lower funnel, and for a variety of products

    + Tight-knit collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong project management skills and organization - experience working with project management tools is a bonus

    + Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to find insights within reporting and clearly communicate them to stakeholders

    + Ability to brief our data team to get the reporting which will give you these insights, as well as conduct analysis yourself - this requires experience with MS Excel, and GA4 or other digital analytics tools

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    + A passion for the news and media
