Your attention to detail will help you manage daily operations and keep our homebuilding teams running smoothly.     Primary Responsibilities

    + Manage the collaboration of paperwork between production and sales teams.

    + Ensure product selection sheets are appropriately distributed to sales team

    + Oversee reporting processes for division office and vendor personnel

    + Review and update quantities, bids and lumber costs into our costing system

    Qualifications

    + Work effectively and independently in a professional environment

    + Proficiency with Microsoft programs and database systems

    + Demonstrated customer relations skills

    + Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize to meet deadlines

    + Homebuilding or costing experience a plus
