    Contract Analyst

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to manage and negotiate service agreements, ensuring best practices are followed. This role involves consulting with various departments to optimize contract terms and outcomes, facilitating bid processes, and managing contract renewals and terminations.

    Responsibilities

    + Negotiate service agreements using best practice guidelines.

    + Consult with end-user departments to identify relevant business terms and optimize contracts.

    + Facilitate bid processes with supply chain coordinator and departments for service contract renewals, including planning, scheduling, and document creation for all RFP-related activities.

    + Manage renewal notices for all service contracts and ensure departmental input during contract renewals or terminations.

    + Provide consultative and liaison services to internal customers, educating, informing, training, and assisting them with contractual needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

    + Minimum of three years of experience in contracting, purchasing, legal, or related field.

    + Prior experience in supply chain or purchasing.

    + Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) analytical tools and contracts.

    + Understanding of regulatory terms, HIPAA terminology, and general legal terms and conditions.

    + Skilled in collecting, interpreting, communicating, and presenting information clearly and concisely.

    + Ability to read contracts, understand legal terms, and redline a contract.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Attention to detail verified through references and situational questions.

    + Experience in identifying and correcting mistakes in contracts.

    Work Environment

    The position is 100% remote, with equipment provided. Work hours are flexible, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be part of a collaborative Contracts team, currently consisting of two Contracts Analysts.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
