Job Description
_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum 10-12 days a month_
Responsibilities:
+ Own, manage and monitor Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments to ensure optimal performance and availability
+ Ensure the health, performance, and resiliency of the virtual environment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues related to Citrix infrastructure, escalating when necessary
+ Implement updates and patches to maintain system security and compliance with organizational standards
+ Proactively identify and resolve systemic issues.
+ Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
+ Communicate changes to operations and support teams.
+ Prioritize Keeping the Lights On (KTLO), executing projects, and individual tasks.
+ Collaborate on project deliverables with team leads
+ Act as a technical resource for operations, audits, and peers.
+ Deliver and maintain systems and documentation.
+ Mentor and train support teams on technical tasks.
Skills:
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtualization. (i.e. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.)
+ Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
+ Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
+ Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
