Job Description Summary:
The Analyst, Supply Chain role is responsible for support requests, purchasing and inventory optimization, training, problem resolution and integration related to procurement and inventory systems, with focus on the procure to pay and inventory processes. This role will act as a liaison for functions throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities** **(listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
+ Manage support requests related to purchasing, inventory, and supply chain
+ Assist in developing and providing on-going training for purchasing, inventory, and supply chain users
+ Provide inventory support for field locations
+ On-going review of documentation of process flows and controls, including identification of improvement areas
+ Liaise with GL, AP, Strat Ops, and Field Ops on initiatives and issue resolution
+ Serve as a participant in Supply Chain and Procurement initiatives related to problem resolution and integration/consolidation
+ Responsible for product sourcing and supply replenishment on corporate directed initiatives.
+ Responsible for inventory and cycling processes. Ensure appropriate items are being stocked and cycled appropriately from facilities (example: depot facility). Will monitor determine appropriate par level and ensure appropriate tracking and shipments are processed timely.
+ Responsible for providing procurement team with ongoing analysis and collaboration regarding formulary supply status, including development and support of financial models for decision support.
+ Responsible for monitoring wholesaler supply status and coordinating timely purchasing of products in short supply with direction from Procurement team.
+ Responsible for supplier contract price audits. Ensuring that facilities are accessing the appropriate contracts and pricing.
+ Responsible for creation and maintenance of supplier reports as need for supply chain evaluation, execution, financial modeling, and forecasting.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of infusion industry experience; **OR**
+ High school diploma and at least 4 years of infusion industry experience.
+ **Basic Qualifications**
+ Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and driving compliance with strategies to resolve problems
+ Experience in managing internal relationships to arrive at an optimal solutions
+ Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging, and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
+ Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
+ Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font)
+ Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across a wide variety of technologies and domains
+ Ability to understand and document process flows, and identify process improvements
+ Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $58,383.04-$97,327.13
