Work you'll do

+ Conduct assessments of project complexity, feasibility, and timelines.

+ Conduct technical analyses of project sequencing, bundling, schedules/timelines, identify optimal acquisition strategies to expedite project timelines, identify critical path items and strategies to mitigate issues, develop ways to expedite project schedules to achieve reduced project timelines.

+ Coordinate across multiple Branches to ensure informed, coordinated, deconflicted, synchronized project execution.

+ Develop execution briefings for various audience levels.

+ Provide support to, and back-up for, the Strategic Execution Branch Chief, Posture Management, and Engineering Division leadership.

+ Support the Ops, Plans, and Exercises, Development & Controls, and Knowledge Management branches.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ Active Secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

+ 8+ years of experience working across multiple branches on military exercises.

+ Experience giving briefings to various audiences.

+ Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) exercise planning or scenario planning activities.

+ Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

+ Experience in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) design, and construction. This includes expertise in construction project scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, construction management, quality assurance, project budget management, as well as contracting.

+ Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required to be considered for this role.

+ Expertise in pre-award tasks, developing requests for proposals (RFPs), contract award procedures, and post-award contract management. Qualifications to be a contracting officer are not required. Experience as a contracting officer's representative (COR).

+ Familiarity with, and understanding the difference between, design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) contracts, firm fixed price (FFP), and cost-plus (CP) contracts is required. Experience with, or having worked for, a DoD design and construction agent (DCA).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
