    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our team, assisting experienced operators in core drilling, concrete sawing, cutting, and removal. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their skills in the construction industry while supporting the maintenance and operation of essential equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Cut, saw, lift, and core drill concrete.

    + Maintain equipment including vehicles, diamond blades, flat saws, core drills, wall saws, jackhammers, and small tools.

    + Ensure inspection, general maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all company equipment.

    + Assist in labor roles with a focus on construction, demolition, plumbing, etc.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of construction experience.

    + Ability to operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools.

    + Solid mechanical aptitude.

    + Ability to lift and be mobile with 45 lbs. or more.

    + Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

    + Willingness to work in challenging weather conditions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with wall saws, core drills, flat saws, handsaws, ring saws, and compressor tools such as jackhammers.

    + Familiarity with concrete work, including concrete pours, formwork, finishing, and precast.

    + Flexible availability for overtime and possible weekends.

    + Experience working outside in hot/cold weather conditions with a civil site contractor.

    Work Environment

     

    This position involves working outdoors on construction sites, where weather conditions can vary greatly, including rain and extreme temperatures. The work environment is dynamic, with exposure to dust, dirt, varying temperatures, and loud noises.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
